HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces beginning Tuesday, July 14 traffic will be shifted into one lane in each direction on U.S. 40 near East Street in Plainfield. The town is installing a storm sewer system on East St. This is scheduled to remain in place through Tuesday, July 21.
