Indianapolis, Ind. – U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly met with FBI officials in Indianapolis today to discuss the FBI’s counterterrorism efforts in Indiana, including the FBI’s partnership with local law enforcement and other federal, state, and local agencies through its Joint Terrorism Task Force.
Donnelly said, “My top priority is the safety and security of Hoosiers. Today’s meeting was an opportunity to discuss potential threats in Indiana, and how the FBI is working with state and local law enforcement to keep our communities safe. It’s critical that our law enforcement officials have the tools, resources, and support to be effective.”
