Female who assaulted a police officer during a shoplifting incident at a local grocery store has been arrested

INDIANAPOLIS – Detectives have arrested 45-year-old Juanita Scanlan of Indianapolis and preliminarily charged her with resisting law enforcement, theft and unauthorized entry of a vehicle.
