Driver Arrested for Methamphetamine in Sullivan County

Sullivan County—On Sunday morning February 25 at 09:20, Indiana State Police Senior Trooper Brent Robinson stopped a blue Ford Mustang on northbound US 41 near County Road 975 North for failure to signal a turn.

The driver was identified as 65-year-old David Lee Kendall of Sullivan, IN. Information was developed that led to a search of David Kendall. During this search, approximately four grams of suspected Methamphetamine and eight hundred and five dollars in US Currency was found in possession of Kendall.

David L. Kendall was incarcerated in the Sullivan County Jail on preliminary charges of felony Possession of Methamphetamine; Dealing in Methamphetamine; and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.

Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
