This Week at the Brownsburg Farmers Market

SUPPORT LOCAL NON-PROFITS AT THE FARMERS MARKET!

Show support for local non-profits and their work in the community at non-profit day at the Farmers Market this Thursday from 4 to 7 pm! Local organizations will be fundraising, raising awareness and recruiting volunteers.

Attending are the Indiana Department of Child Services, Brownsburg Lions Club, Trinity Church of Brownsburg, Brownsburg Rotary Club, Good Samaritan Episcopal Church partnering with Family Promise of Hendricks County, Hope Healthcare Services, Indiana Adoption Program, Project A.N.G.E.L., Hendricks Symphony, Jan’s Warriors, and American Legion Auxiliary Unit 331. NON-PROFIT WEEK>>

Buy fresh, locally grown produce this week such as watermelon, cantaloupe, blackberries, tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, green bell peppers, red potatoes, candy onions, summer squash, green beans, beets and sweet corn. LIST OF VENDORS>>

Stop by IU Health West Hospital’s booth for shopping totes and a stamp on your Bushel Builders card! If you’ve received a stamp on your card for every month of the market season, you’ll be entered into a drawing for a prize at the last market on September 6.

Chomp’z and Eggroll Joes have your dinner this week, and violinist Emily Ann Thompson will bring the music. Thompson specializes in celtic fiddle, classical violin and jazz and gypsy violin.
