Putnam County Rollover Crash Sends Two to the Hospital

Putnam County—Just after 3:00 on Tuesday afternoon April 03, Indiana State Police and Putnam County emergency agencies responded to a personal injury crash on County Road 300 West near County Road 550 South.

Preliminary investigation revealed a 2007 Volvo, driven by 21-year-old Hunter W. Sego of Madison, Indiana, was northbound on CR 300 W and failed to negotiate a curve near CR 550 S. The Volvo left the roadway and rolled over two times before coming to rest.

Hunter W. Sego and passenger, 20-year-old Andrudah Satishchandra of Greencastle, IN. were transported to Terre Haute Regional Hospital for treatment of what is believed to be minor injuries. Seatbelts and air bags were in use, which resulted in less severe injuries or death.

The crash was investigated by ISP Senior Trooper Ryan Winters. Assisting were the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Putnam County Operation Life, and Reelsville Fire/Rescue.

Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
