Intermittent closures planned for Monday on S.R. 37 SB in Martinsville

MARTINSVILLE, Ind.— Intermittent closures are scheduled throughout the day Monday, July 22, on southbound S.R. 37 near Grand Valley Boulevard in Martinsville, weather permitting.

Closures are expected to begin after 9 a.m. for Milestone Contractors to move equipment and materials across the roadway to continue overpass construction in the median.

The road will close for no longer than ten minutes at a time at the Grand Valley Boulevard intersection. Indiana State Police will be on site to assist with the closures. 

Motorists are encouraged to watch for slowed and stopped traffic along S.R. 37 as work continues in preparation for mainline I-69 construction.
