UPDATE – Missing Woman Located and is Safe

UPDATE – IMPD Missing Persons detectives are happy to announce that Tyran Gaines has been located and is safe. Detectives wish to extend their thanks to the community and Indianapolis Media partners for their assistance in this case!

INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Persons Detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating 39-year-old Tyran Gaines, who was last seen on Friday, September 20, 2019. 

Ms. Gaines is described as a black female 5’2”, 154 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes. Family members have not seen or heard from her since September 20, 2019.  Ms. Gaines left the residence to meet up with an unknown male she met online and has not been seen or heard from since.
