State announces dates for the 2016-17 Winter Assistance Program

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) has announced dates for the 2016-17 Winter Assistance Program through the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). The program begins November 1, 2016 and concludes March 12, 2017.
