INDIANAPOLIS – On March 1, 2018 at approximately 5:58 a.m., Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers responded to the 600 block of Eugene Street reference two people shot. When the officers arrived on scene they located an adult female and an adult male with apparent gunshot wounds. The female was transported to Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition. The male was transported to Methodist Hospital in stable condition.
Aggravated Assault detectives responded to the incident scene and began canvassing the area for witnesses. Marion County Forensic Services Agency responded to assist with identifying and collecting potential forensic evidence.
