Professional Recruiting Firm Growing Operations, Adding Jobs in Central Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS (March 23, 2021)Networks Connect LLC, a professional staffing services provider, announced plans today to expand its headquarters in Indianapolis. The company, which has recently hired 16 employees since August 2020, plans to continue its hiring trend, creating up to 34 more new jobs by the end of 2023.

“Indiana is ranked first in the Midwest for entrepreneurial friendliness, and it’s exciting to see startups like Networks Connect choose to stay and grow here,” said interim Indiana Secretary of Commerce Jim Staton. “Not only is Networks Connect’s growth creating quality jobs for Hoosiers, but it’s also working to connect more of Indiana’s skilled-and-ready talent to a variety of businesses across of the state.”

Networks Connect, which launched in March 2019 with two remote employees, recently established its headquarters at 7400 Shadeland Ave. in Indianapolis. The company is investing $1.36 million to lease and equip the 5,000-square-foot facility, housing its growing team and enabling Networks Connect to support the increase of its client base in Indiana and across the U.S.

“Our impact will be in both the quality and scale of our service offerings, but also in the jobs we create right here in Indianapolis at our corporate headquarters,” said Chris Madden, Networks Connect president and founder. “Indiana is our home, and most of us have grown up here. We have lived through the city’s continuous growth and improvement, and we want to play our part in making Indianapolis one of the greatest cities in the country.”

Indiana-based Networks Connect, which provides all levels of staffing services to health care, technology, engineering, scientific, manufacturing/supply chain, civil engineering and architecture companies, has placed thousands of employees on assignment for its clients across the nation. The company employs 26 full-time associates and is currently hiring positions in staffing, recruiting, account managers and business development. Interested applicants may apply through the company website, LinkedIn, or by sending resumes to HireMe@networks-connect.com.

Networks Connect provides its clients with information technology and engineering personnel on a consulting or direct placement basis. The company also provides medical care staffing for long-term care facilities, assisted living centers and hospitals.

“We’re excited to welcome dozens of new jobs from Networks Connect LLC to Indianapolis,” said Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett. “Today’s announcement is yet another demonstration that our city is a great place to grow a company, with good jobs going to quality talent.”

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered Networks Connect LLC up to $450,000 in conditional tax credits based on the company’s plans to create 50 new jobs. These tax credits are performance-based, meaning the company is eligible to claim incentives once Hoosiers are hired. The city of Indianapolis supports the project in partnership with Develop Indy.
