A $2.2 million project will resurface State Road 32 through Lebanon

BOONE COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces State Road 32 will be down to one 12’ lane on the bridges over I-65, beginning on or after Monday, May 11. The contractor will be placing a thin deck overlay on this bridge. This is scheduled to be completed Wednesday, May 27.

The project also includes patching and resurfacing S.R. 32 from one half of one mile west of I-65 through Lebanon to just east of East Noble Street. The curb-ramps will be updated to be ADA-compliant. This is scheduled to begin at the end of May and last through August 24.  The contractor will be flagging motorists around construction in the area they will be working. 

The contract was awarded to Calumet Civil Contractors, Inc. for $2.2 million.
