Applications Being Accepted for Danville Chamber of Commerce Executive Directorship Opening

Due to Greater Danville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Marcia Lynch’s retirement at the end of this year, the chamber is now accepting resumes to fill the executive directorship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the chamber, including, but not limited to: assistance in preparing and monitoring the chamber’s operational budget; developing membership goals; serving as an economic development liaison to the town; and championing fund-raising for the organization. Excellent written and oral skills are required, and previous marketing/public relations experience is a plus. Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree.
