Santa Claus, Indiana, is the original Christmas town. From visiting the place where “Santa’s elves” answer all his letters to a new Christmas-theme fireworks display. Experience the story of Rudolph told in brilliant LED lights. The Santa Claus Land of Lights is a 1.2-mile drive-through family Christmas light adventure located inside Lake Rudolph Campground & RV Resort. If you can’t make it to Santa Claus, you can watch HGTV’s special “Surprising Santa Claus” on Christmas Day.

Go “lightseeing” instead of just sightseeing this year. Many Indiana communities create wonderful light displays, some you can walk around, and others for you to drive through, like Shipshewana Lights of Joy.
