INDIANAPOLIS (October 10, 2023) –Today is the Voter Registration Deadline! Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales is reminding Hoosiers to get registered to vote.
Indiana residents can register online at IndianaVoters.com by midnight tonight or can visit their local county clerk’s office during business hours today.
The Indiana Secretary of State’s Office has put a major focus on voter outreach efforts throughout the state. Secretary Diego Morales and his team set up a voter information and registration booth every day at the Indiana State Fair. In addition, the Secretary of State’s Office visited and sponsored county fairs/festivals and sporting events like the Indianapolis Indians game and the Colts Georgia Street tailgate just this past weekend.
“As Indiana’s Chief Election Officer, increasing voter turnout has been one of my top priorities since taking office. Today is the voter registration deadline! We want to make sure every eligible Hoosier is registered to vote! Registering is the first step and then we need Hoosiers to show up to the polls and vote next month,” said Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales.
The Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Early in-person voting at county clerk’s offices begins Wednesday October 11th. Check with your local county clerk or election board office for times and locations.
At IndianaVoters.com, Hoosiers can also confirm their voter registration, find out who’s on their ballot, contact local election officials, find their polling location, and get information about working the polls.
