State Road 75 closure to impact Jamestown for railroad repairs

JAMESTOWN, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure that will impact State Road 75 in Jamestown.

Beginning on or after Monday, November 3, CSX Transportation will close the crossing on S.R. 75 just north of U.S. 136 for repairs. Work is anticipated to last until the end of the week but is weather-dependent and subject to change. The official detour around the closure is U.S. 136 to S.R. 39 to I-74.

INDOT encourages drivers to seek an alternate route and to use caution while traveling in the area.
