Salin Bank in Flora Robbed Again

Flora-Today at approximately 10:27 a.m. the Salin Bank in Flora was robbed for the second time in two weeks.

Preliminary investigation by the Flora Police Department with assistance from Carroll County Sheriff’s Department and the Indiana State Police, has revealed that two suspects entered the bank through the front door.  They approached the tellers and displayed a gun demanding money.  Suspects fled the bank and exited the area in a waiting possibly black Jeep Cherokee and left the area southbound on SR 75.  An undisclosed amount of USC was taken in the robbery.

One suspect was wearing black pants with orange shorts underneath.  Suspect two was wearing a black and white hooded sweatshirt.  Both were wearing masks and gloves.  If anyone has information on these suspects you are asked to call the Flora Police Department at 574-967-4457 or the WETIP hotline at 1-800-782-7463.  You do not have to give your name.  The investigation is continuing.
