FISHERS, Ind. (June 28, 2018) – ROI Search Group, a nationwide executive search, talent management and consulting firm, announced plans to expand its operations in Hamilton County, creating up to 25 new, high-wage jobs by 2022.
“Indiana’s business-friendly environment, talented workforce and top-ranking communities like Fishers continue to attract companies like ROI Search Group,” said Elaine Bedel, president of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). “We’re thrilled that ROI Search Group is choosing to grow in Indiana, creating more quality jobs for Hoosiers and bolstering our efforts to ensure that Indiana is the best place to live, work and play.”
ROI Search Group, which is located at 10475 Crosspoint Blvd. in Fishers, will invest $100,000 to expand its headquarters’ operations, adding another 2,000 square feet to accommodate the firm’s growth. The new and renovated space will house additional offices as well as training and conference rooms.
The company, which has employees in Maine, South Dakota and Indiana, is currently hiring senior client partners for the business development team and talent acquisition specialists who will lead recruiting efforts. Additional positions in marketing, finance, IT, and human resources will be added as needed. The new positions are expected to offer average salaries three times higher than the state average wage. Interested applicants may apply at www.roisearchgroup.com.
“We are thrilled to be a rapidly growing women-owned business in Fishers answering the search needs of both local and national organizations,” said Stacey McCreery, founder and president of ROI Search Group. “We owe this growth to the fact that clients value our healthcare knowledge and experience so we can assist them with acquiring a talented workforce that connects with their vision, culture and leadership needs.”
Founded in 2014, ROI Search Group specializes in filling positions in the healthcare industry. The ROI Search Group staff has over 78 years of combined healthcare experience. While Indiana continues to experience strong growth in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, the company works to keep its workforce local. To conduct high-level recruiting services, the firm utilizes proprietary methods to better understand its clients and their organizations to find the best candidate. This unique process allows ROI Search Group to develop customized searches for their clients and identify candidates with the best combination of talent and work experience, while making sure they are a good fit within its clients’ culture.
“We are a local Indiana-based firm. We are proud to tell people what makes Indiana a great place to work and live. This helps us attract top talent from all over the nation to relocate to our great state,” said McCreery. “In addition, our many years of work experience in healthcare means we know the day to day challenges our clients are facing. This combination of healthcare experience and our unique process enables our clients to build high performing teams by getting talented people in the right position. We specialize in finding high performing, talented people that our clients otherwise could not find on their own.”
The IEDC offered ROI Search Group LLC up to $1.025 million in conditional tax credits based on the company’s job creation plans. These incentives are performance-based, meaning that until Hoosiers are hired, the company is not eligible to claim incentives. The city of Fishers will consider additional incentives.
“ROI Search Group’s growth in Fishers is another great example of an innovative company growing in our entrepreneurial community,” said Mayor Scott Fadness. “Their innovative approach to identifying executive leadership in healthcare – a major Indiana industry – will be a welcome addition to Fishers’ business community.”
