Notice of Public Hearing 

Brownsburg Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion and Sanitary Sewer Collection System Improvements, Phase I Preliminary Engineering Report 

Notice is hereby given by the Town Council for the Town of Brownsburg, Indiana that the Town Council will conduct a public hearing at the Council meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 23, 2016 – 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, 61 N Green Street, Brownsburg, IN 46112 to consider the Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion and Sanitary Sewer Collection System Improvement Preliminary Engineering Report for the Town of Brownsburg.  Arcadis, the Town’s engineering consultant for this project, will present a summary of the Preliminary Engineering Report.  The Town is developing this Preliminary Engineering Report as required by the State Revolving Loan Program requirements for consideration of project funding. The Preliminary Engineering Report provides details for the modernization of existing treatment processes, the installation of a new required treatment process, and an increase in capacity.  Written comments and questions from the public are welcomed and are encouraged and will be received beginning on Thursday, June 9, 2016.  No comments will be received after Thursday, June 30, 2016.  Comments may also be made in-person during the public hearing to be held on Thursday, June 23, 2016.

A copy of the draft Preliminary Engineering Report will be available on Thursday, June 9, 2016 and may be reviewed at the office of the Town Manager, Town Hall 61 N Green Street, Brownsburg, IN 46112 during normal business hours. VIEW THE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT ONLINE>>
