Local Church Recognizes Two ISP Lieutenants for their Community Engagement

(Indianapolis, IN)-Two Indiana State Police Lieutenants were recognized recently by the Mt. Olivet Missionary Baptist Church for their involvement in the local community through programs offered to them by the church’s Pastor, Wayne Moore.

Over the last five years, ISP twin brothers and nearly 10 year veterans, Roosevelt and Ronneal Williams have worked with Pastor Moore in cultivating opportunities to develop positive relationships with the congregation and the neighboring community.

The Williams brothers appear on a Facebook Live program called “The Morning Fellowship” with Pastor Moore on the second Tuesday of each month to educate listeners and viewers about the Indiana State Police, sworn and civilian career opportunities within the department and to seek more minorities interested in a career in law enforcement.

They hope to perpetuate their working relationship through programs involving the young members of the community.

Pastor Moore presented each of the Williams brothers a “Special Recognition Award” on this past Tuesday’s The Morning Fellowship program.  Lt. Ronneal Williams currently serves in the Recruiting Section of the ISP Human Resources Division and Lt. Roosevelt Williams currently serves in the ISP Field Support Services Division.
