LISE ANN EBERT NAMED ACSC’S NEW DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

AVON, IN—(JUNE 15, 2017) The Avon Board of School Trustees has named
Ms. Lise Ann Ebert, MSL, SPHR, SHRM-CP, as the Director of Human
Resources for Avon Community School Corporation effective July 1, 2017.
She will lead the Human Resources Department following Dr. Michael
Whitman’s retirement from the school corporation.

Prior to joining Avon Schools, Ms. Ebert served as the Director of Human
Resources for the Indiana Rail Road Company. She has honed her human
resources experience in the corporate and higher education venues.

“We were impressed with Ms. Ebert’s many strengths including the ability
to create and deliver effective Human Resources programs,” said ACSC
Superintendent Dr. Maggie Hoernemann. “We believe she will be able to
position this organization for continued successful talent acquisition
and management.”

Ms. Ebert received a Master of Science in Leadership from Trine
University. In addition, she is certified as a Senior Professional in
Human Resources (SPHR), as well as a Certified Professional in Human
Resources (SHRM-CP).
