LAPP USA Expands Operations To Brownsburg

LAPP USA, the US division of German-based LAPP Group, is expanding its US footprint to Brownsburg, Indiana, at the recently constructed Northfield Drive Commercial Building. This family-owned, German-based company will occupy the new Browning development on the west side of Brownsburg. The 134,000-square-foot space will support light manufacturing and distribution of cutting-edge cables, connectors, glands, and Industrial data communication solutions.

“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome LAPP USA to Brownsburg,” said Town Council President Travis Tschaenn. “As the leading manufacturer in its industry, LAPP USA’s investment in the Town of Brownsburg continues to establish our community as an ideal location for business growth at the international level.”

The Northfield Drive Commercial Building, located at 1665 W. Northfield Dr., offers 329,157 square feet in a quickly growing area of Brownsburg that serves business needs. Constructed by Browning, this development is the second of four buildings with 105,057 square feet currently available, with additional build-to-suit sites available on the west side of Northfield Drive.
