Lane closures to impact I-74 westbound near Brownsburg weekend of 7/19

HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces temporary lane closures on I-74 westbound near Brownsburg, beginning the evening of Friday, July 19.

Around 9 p.m. Friday, crews will reduce westbound I-74 to one lane between the westbound entrance ramp at Ronald Reagan Parkway to just east of the 56th Street (C.R. 600 N) underpass. The left lane will be the first closure, which will last a few hours to remove a barrier wall that is currently in place. For the remaining work, the right lane will be closed. During the closures, crews will be patching pavement in the area.

Work is expected to be wrapped up by the end of the day Monday, July 22, but is weather permitting. INDOT encourages drivers to use caution while traveling through this area.
