Morgan County – Members of the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, Cyber Crimes Unit and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant this morning at the residence at 1612 East Harrison Street in Martinsville.
The execution of the search warrant resulted in the arrest of Shandy C. Freeman, 40, on the following charges;
Four (4) counts of Possession of Child Pornography (Level 6 Felony)
One (1) count of Possession of Methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)
One (1) count of Possession of Marijuana (B misdemeanor)
Freeman was transported to the Morgan County Jail.
ICAC Task Force Members included lead investigator ISP Detective Kevin Getz, Martinsville Police Department Deputy Chief Lachelle Maurer and Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Detective Kurt Spivey.
