INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Homicide detectives are pleased to announce that an arrest has been made in the death of 20-year-old Netria Lyons, that occurred on 06/28/2016.
Earlier today, an arrest warrant was issued for 35-year-old Aaron Staton of Indianapolis. IMPD’s Gang Unit, with the assistance of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, were able to locate and arrest Staton without incident. Staton was later transported to the Arrestee Processing Center for processing and is facing charges for Murder and Possession of a Handgun without a License.
