IMPD Homicide detectives make an arrest in double homicide

INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Homicide detectives have arrested two men in connection with the double homicide in the 1800 block of Cottage Avenue.

Just before 5:00 p.m., on 11.19.2017 officers with the IMPD Southeast district were dispatched to the 1800 block of Cottage Avenue on a call of two people shot.  Responding officers located three people shot at the scene, two sustained fatal injuries.  The other was transported to the hospital and was treated for her injuries.  Homicide detectives arrested both 24-year-old Marquis Cracraft and 22-year-old Kalee England on the suspicion of murder for their involvement in these deaths. The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will review the case and make a charging decision.
