INDIANAPOLIS – Detectives with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrested 39-year-old Ronnie Massengale for the murder of Gregory Watkins. Mr. Watkins was killed on October 18, 2015, on the east side of Indianapolis.
Following an extensive investigation, detectives obtained a warrant for Ronnie Massengale on February 11, 2016. He was arrested today with the assistance of the IMPD East District.
At the time of Massengale’s arrest, he was found in the company of another person who had an outstanding warrant for robbery. This person was also arrested and a stolen car was recovered at the home.
