IMPD Asking for the Public’s Help in Identifying Road Rage Suspect

INDIANAPOLIS- Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Southeast District detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect involved in a road rage incident. On May 08, 2022, just before 1:00 PM IMPD Southeast District officers were dispatched to the block of 6300 Lonestar Drive, on report of a person assaulted and a pointing a firearm investigation. When officers arrived, they spoke with the 17-year-old juvenile victim and the victim’s parent. No physical injuries were seen. 

While driving, the victim says he tossed a water bottle from his vehicle. Shortly after, an unidentified male suspect at some point approached the victim’s vehicle and pointed a firearm at the victim. The suspect is believed to be an older bald white male driving a blue Nissan.
