IMPD Aggravated Assault Detectives Needs the Communities Assistance in Locating a Person of Interest in a Recent Shooting

INDIANAPOLIS – On Tuesday July 7, 2020 Just before 4:45 p.m. Officers with The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) were dispatched to 5960 E 46th Street in response to a 911 caller stating someone had been shot at that location.  When officers arrived they found an adult male suffering from gunshot wound(s).  Surveillance video captured a person detective’s believe may be linked to this incident.

After speaking to witnesses, Detectives believe the person of interest may have left the scene in a dark colored Mitsubishi SUV.
