The Hendricks County Community Foundation (HCCF) is thrilled to announce two exciting staffing updates that will strengthen its team and enhance its mission to serve the Hendricks County community.
Deb Rotman Joins HCCF as Accounting & Database Manager
HCCF is pleased to welcome Deb Rotman as its new Accounting & Database Manager. In this role, Rotman will oversee the foundation’s financial records and database management, ensuring smooth operations to support HCCF’s growing impact.
Rotman brings nearly 20 years of nonprofit administration experience to HCCF, with a strong background in finance and database management. Her passion for working with organizations dedicated to making a difference aligns perfectly with the foundation’s mission.
“I’m excited to join the HCCF team and contribute to an organization that does so much good for our community,” said Rotman.
When she’s not working, Deb enjoys spending time with her family, including her daughter Anna, son-in-law Chance, and grandson Emmett, as well as her two beloved Labrador Retrievers, Jonah and Sebastian.
Frances Mock Promoted to Director of Community Relations
In addition to welcoming new talent, HCCF is proud to announce the promotion of Frances Mock to Director of Community Relations. In this new leadership role, Mock will spearhead HCCF’s efforts to strengthen relationships with donors, grantees, and community members while driving marketing, communications, events, and fundraising initiatives.
Mock has been a valued member of the HCCF team for over 12 years, joining the foundation in 2012 as Accounting and Finance Manager. Her role expanded in 2016 to include marketing and communications, where she has been instrumental in sharing HCCF’s mission and building its impact.
“I am incredibly honored to step into this new role and continue building connections that make Hendricks County an even better place to live,” said Mock. “Our community is so generous and dedicated – the people here inspire me every day.”
Mock, a long-time Avon resident, has deep roots in the community and is committed to advancing HCCF’s mission. Before joining HCCF, she worked with West Bridge Church, Donovan CPAs, and as an independent piano studio owner.
The HCCF Board and Staff are delighted to celebrate this new chapter for Mock, whose drive and commitment will undoubtedly leave a lasting mark on the foundation’s work.
