Linton – (Friday, July 6th) – After an investigation conducted by Indiana State Police Detective Stacy Brown and Trooper Wyatt Phillips, an affidavit was prepared by Detective Brown and approved by Greene County Prosecutor Jarrod Holtsclaw. The affidavit indicated probable cause was found that Damian R.Z. Richards, 26 of Bloomfield, IN. engaged in multiple sexual contacts with a 5 year old victim.
