Danville Police ask public’s help in identifying theft/fraud suspect

The male is wanted for questioning in reference to a recent fraud/theft. The individual somehow obtained bank account information for a Danville resident, opened an Apple Pay account with the information, then purchased $2343.64 worth of gift cards from various locations on the north east side of Indianapolis. This footage is from the Walgreens Store located at Shadeland Ave. & 75th Street.

If you know who he is, you’re asked to contact the Danville Police Department’s 24 hour 100% anonymous crime-tip line at (317) 745-3001, or by contacting Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317-262-8477.
