Coats Statement on State Rep. Bill Crawford

WASHINGTON, DC – Senator Dan Coats (R-Ind.) today issued the following statement regarding former state Rep. Bill Crawford:

“It is fitting that today Hoosiers will have the opportunity to say a final goodbye to Bill Crawford at the Statehouse. Bill Crawford served the state of Indiana with sincerity and passion during his forty years in the state legislature. Bill was a caring man who found ways to overcome political disagreements and build bridges. It was an honor to know Bill Crawford, and I offer my best to his family as they mourn his passing and celebrate his remarkable life.”
