Fatal ORV accident in Monroe County

Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating a fatal off-road vehicle (ORV) accident. The accident occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. Friday night, near the 1400 block of Cedar Bluff Road in Bloomington.
