The Brownsburg Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of Kiley Chandler as its new Director, effective January 5th, 2026.
Kiley brings a strong background in strategic communication, event management, and community engagement, most recently serving as Director of Events for OneZone Chamber of Commerce in Fishers, Indiana. In that role, she led the strategy, planning, and execution of more than 70 events annually, while managing sponsorship outreach, partner relationships, budgets, and vendor coordination.
Kiley is a graduate of Butler University, where she earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Strategic Communication and Organizational Communication & Leadership. As Director, Kiley will oversee chamber operations, programming, events, member engagement, and strategic communications, while continuing to strengthen relationships between the Chamber, local businesses, and the broader Brownsburg community.
