Bridge Rehabilitation Project will close one lane of State Road 39 in Hendricks County beginning Monday

HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announce a bridge rehabilitation project on State Road 39 (S.R. 39) over I-74 will have traffic reduced to one 10’ lane over the interstate at Exit 58 beginning Monday, April 18.  Traffic will be controlled at the bridge with a traffic signal.

The project was awarded to Beaty Constuction, Inc. for $724,533.  This project is scheduled to be completed in October with lane restrictions lifted in mid August.

INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through a construction zone.

Updated information and a map of the closure are available on the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) TrafficWise service at indot.carsprogram.org. Roadway information is also available by calling 1-800-261-ROAD (7623) or 511 from a mobile phone.
