During the March 10th Avon Town Council meeting, the Town of Avon has the privilege to recognize two individuals for working together to save a life.  Darasimi “Racheal” Fajana, an Avon resident and student, will be presented with the Public Safety Communications Kids Award for working with Hendricks County Communications Center Dispatcher Kane Lesser to successfully save the life of Racheal’s brother.  The Hendricks 911 Center made a submission with this call pertaining to the wonderful job this child did in what is typically a very stressful situation.

The Town of Avon couldn’t be prouder of Racheal, and the action she took with Kane to calmly assist her family in a great time of need.
