IMPD Homicide Detectives arrest a 19-year-old suspect

INDIANAPOLIS – Detectives with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Violent Crimes Unit have apprehended 19-year-Devin Leggett.  Homicide detectives arrested the suspect on charges of Murder and Carrying a Handgun without a License.  The suspect is alleged to have shot and killed 18-year-old Jerrold Parker on February 3, 2016.
