Announcing the Ember Leadership Academy; Leadership Hendricks County new 5-month personal/professional leadership program

For years, people have said they just can’t devote a full year to our Community Leaders program … or wished we had a faster track focused on sharpening personal and professional leadership skills.

That’s we’re excited to announce the Ember Leadership Academy, a quick but intensive 5-month program started specifically to help you discover and ignite your potential … and introduce you to practical tools for more effective – and more confident – leadership at work and everywhere else.

Created by the team at Leadership Hendricks County, one of Indiana’s most respected community leadership programs for over three decades, Ember will use proven hands-on learning experiences to help you build and reinforce the skills essential to effective leadership.

Built around five powerful leadership pillars

Each Ember session will focus on one of the five essential pillars of effective leadership:

  • Mastering authentic and effective communication.
  • Using emotional intelligence to lead with empathy and self-awareness.
  • Arriving at sound decisions with clarity and confidence.
  • Employing vision and strategic thinking to cultivate foresight and planning.
  • Strengthening adaptability and resilience to embrace change and its pressure.

You’ll develop critical skills to thrive in your personal and professional leadership roles while becoming part of a network of leaders who share your hunger for growth and success. Most of all, you’ll graduate with a clear personal leadership vision and the confidence to make a lasting impact.

Ideal for all sorts of leaders

We created the Ember Leadership Academy for professionals who want to enhance their leadership skills, emerging leaders seeking sources for guidance and inspiration, and anyone who wants to build connections and make a difference in their profession and community.

Join our inaugural April-August class

You’ll gather for a full-day session in April; half-day sessions in May, June, and July; and a final full-day session in August. Attendance at all sessions is required. Ember will take place at locations throughout Hendricks County so classes can get a firsthand look at effective leadership. The program fee for Ember participants is $600, payable at the time of registration.

Registration will close March 25  or once 30 applications have been received, so don’t delay! Apply now at [Insert link] leadershiphendrickscounty.org/ember
