October 3, 2025 (Brownsburg, IN)- Hendricks County Bank President, Jerry P. Orem, along with Directors and Officers of Hendricks County Bank and Trust Company, announce two new positions and internal appointments to the positions.
Colin Hinkle will step into the role of Financial Analyst. This position plays a critical role in evaluating financial performance and conducting data analysis to enhance the bank’s profitability and operational efficiency. Colin will provide valuable insights into financial trends, assess risk and support data-driven decision-making to help our leaders ensure the bank remains competitive and financially sound. He also continues to serve as the Abrigo software and technical expert, supporting the lending processes at the bank. Colin has been with the bank since 2023.
Vicki Duncan will continue as part of the Deposit Operations department but transitions into the role of Digital Banking Generalist. She will be pivotal in ensuring seamless electronic banking services, supporting both customers and internal teams, while helping drive innovation across our digital platforms. This role focuses on optimizing the user experience of our digital banking services to ensure they are intuitive, user-friendly and accessible. Vicki will also provide exceptional customer service and technical support, assisting with account openings, daily transactions, and troubleshooting digital banking issues—all while maintaining compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Vicki joined the bank in 1989.
