Hendricks County police and community come together for National Night Out

National Night Out Against Crime is a free event with the police and local organizations coming together to create a fun community gathering. To educate on crime prevention and safety, police and fire personnel and other public safety agencies will be there to visit and talk with, do demonstrations and safety vehicles will be there for the public to explore, like touch a truck events.  There will be plenty of giveaways from local businesses and vendors at the event. Free food (hot dogs, drinks and snacks) is often provided. For families, kids can enjoy free activities including bounce houses, games and more.
