Cascade High School Senior Dies in Early Morning Crash

Stilesville – The Hendricks County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a single-vehicle fatality crash that occurred in the early morning hours of Monday, May 27th 2024, near the 7500 Block South of County Road 550 West, North of Stilesville.

At approximately 04:22am, Hendricks County Deputies were dispatched to the area on the report of a single-vehicle crash into a utility pole.

Preliminary investigation indicates a silver Ford Taurus, driven by Cyle Sullivan of Danville, 18 years old, was traveling Northbound on County Road 550 West, when it was driven off the roadway at a slight curve.  The vehicle struck a utility pole causing it to roll.  Cyle Sullivan was transported to Methodist Hospital and later died from his injuries.  There were no passengers in the vehicle. 

Cyle was set to graduate from Cascade High School on May 31st
