HCCF is excited to announce new Board Members and new roles for our current members. Jessica Ledford is new to the HCCF Board this year, and current Board member Brad Riley is transitioning to Board Chair, and Joanna Kennedy is transitioning to Secretary.
Jessica Ledford was introduced to the Community Foundation at a community meeting and volunteers currently on the HCCF Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Jessica is the West District Vice President at the Hendricks Regional Health YMCA and has worked in Hendricks County for the last 11 years. She loves her community, as well as binge watching action drama series. She is always looking for recommendations!
Brad Riley, a lifelong Hendricks County resident, has served on the HCCF Board since 2020 and this year is serving as Board Chair. He previously served as Deputy Chief Counsel for the Indiana Department of Child Services for Hendricks, Putnam, Boone, Montgomery, and Morgan counties and recently transitioned back into private practice in Danville at Harrington Law, P.C. Brad and his wife, Laura, had their first child in January 2022 and have loved adding a stroller to their regular walks through local parks.
Joanna Kennedy, also a lifelong Hendricks County resident, has served on the HCCF Board since 2018 and this year is serving as Board Secretary. She is the Human Resource Officer for North Salem State Bank. Joanna and her husband Lance, have been married for 30 years. They love supporting their community through nonprofit board service as well as in many other areas. “I am excited for the new Board and Officer appointments for 2023,” said William Rhodehamel, President & CEO of the Community Foundation. “We are very fortunate to have a dedicated group of individuals that give of their time, talents, treasures and ties to make our organization successful in our work in Hendricks County. Our volunteers are the driving force of what we do at HCCF, and it’s an honor to serve our community alongside them.”
