Governor Eric Holcomb Directs Flags to be Flown at Half-Staff

INDIANAPOLIS – Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags in Delaware County to be flown at half-staff to honor Hamilton Township Volunteer Firefighter Jeffery Alan Blackmer, who died in the line of duty.

 

Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on the day of his funeral, Thursday, December 28, 2017.

 

Gov. Holcomb also asks businesses and residents in Delaware County to lower their flags to half-staff on Friday to honor Blackmer and his service to the community.
