US 421 Bridge over Kilmore Creek will Close April 1 in Clinton County

CLINTON COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces the U.S. 421 Bridge over Kilmore Creek will close on or after Monday, April 1 for a bridge rehabilitation project.  This bridge is located north of Frankfort and just south of State Road 38 in Clinton County.  The roadway is scheduled to reopen April 30, with the contract completion scheduled for late May.

CLR Inc. was awarded the $252,019 contract.  This project will replace several gusset and cover plates on the bridge.

The detour follows U.S. 421 south to State Road 75 north to State Road 26 west and back to U.S. 421.
