*Update-ISP Working Fatal Crash on Indianapolis West Side-Update*

Marion Co., Indiana State Police troopers are currently working a single vehicle fatal crash on the Indianapolis west side.

This morning, December 7th, at approximately 7:00 a.m., Indiana State Police troopers were dispatched to a single vehicle personal injury crash on I-70 WB at the 72.9 mm.

Preliminary investigation revealed that Kevin Moran, 52, of Greenfield, IN was operating a 2006 Chevrolet pickup on I-70 WB in the middle lane pulling a flatbed trailer. A witness indicated the vehicle began to veer to left and struck the inside concrete barrier. The vehicle then crossed the interstate and struck the outside barrier and traveled down the earth embankment at the I-465 SB exit ramp.

Mr. Moran was found unresponsive in the driver’s seat and life saving measurers was administered to no avail. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Investigators said that Mr. Moran appeared to suffer no obvious physical injuries from the vehicle crash.
