Vigo County—This afternoon at 1:50, Indiana State Police Master Trooper Don Farris was patrolling State Road 63 in northern Vigo County, when he clocked a northbound red 2014 Chevrolet Cruze at 96 miles-per-hour in a 60mph zone.
During the traffic stop, the driver was identified as 19-year-old Eshaun D. Green of Chicago, Illinois. A routine computer check revealed Green to be wanted on a Lake County, Illinois felony warrant for Criminal Sexual Assault. The bond listed on the warrant was $300,000 cash only.
Eshaun Green was incarcerated in the Vigo County Jail on the Illinois warrant and local charges of Reckless Driving and No Valid Operator’s License.
Assisting M/Trp Farris were ISP Master Troopers Chip McKee and Jason Schoffstall, West Terre Haute Police Department, and CSX Railroad Police.
No other information on the Illinois warrant is available. Further inquiries should be directed to Lake County Illinois authorities.
