Oxford Subject Arrested on Child Sex Offenses

ISPOxford-Wednesday, Indiana State Police arrested an Oxford man on a warrant charging him with numerus child sex offenses.

Trooper Detective Gregg Edwards along with troopers and detectives from the Lafayette Post served a warrant on Chad A. Leuck, 43 of 307 East Wilson Street, Oxford while he was at his workplace in Boswell, IN. He was taken into custody without incident and lodged in the Benton County Jail on charges alleging Child Solicitation, Child Exploitation, Sexual Misconduct with a Minor and a Habitual Sex Offender Enhancement.

The case, originating from the Benton County Department of Children and Family Service, was received in February of this year with the investigation being concluded in early April. A search warrant of his residence was also conducted with articles being seized for further investigation. This is an ongoing case and this is all the information being released at this time.

Assisting in the investigation was the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office, Benton County DCS and the Benton County jail. I do not have a picture of Leuck.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
