NORTH SALEM, Ind. – A motorcyclist was injured in a Thursday morning single-vehicle motorcycle crash near North Salem.
Around 8:00 am, Hendricks County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to the area of CR 800 N and CR 400 W., on a report of a motorcycle crash. Upon arrival, deputies located the motorcycle in a field and the driver with a serious bodily injury. The motorcyclist was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
This crash is actively being investigated. A crash reconstructionist from the Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene to assist in determining a primary cause.
The Hendricks County Sheriff’s Office has no further information to release at this time.
