INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Homicide detectives have identified and arrested a suspect for his involvement in the deaths of Mark Higgins (64), Keith Higgins (34), and Jessica Carte (34) on June 1, 2017.
After presenting the facts and findings of the investigation to the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, charges were formally filed against Kenneth Lancaster (24). Lancaster is currently in jail in Hamilton County, where he is being held on unrelated charges.
Charging information will be released by the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.

Information given via Crime Stoppers will remain anonymous and the caller will be eligible for up to a $1000 award for information leading to a felony arrest. This release may be updated if more information becomes available.
